You need to create an account on our platform. Just click on “Create Account” or “Create menu” buttons.

My business offers several distinct menus along the day. Does your platform supports this feature?
Yes! menu19 allows the creation of different menus for different situations, be it different periods of the day or the by type (e.g. food menu and drink menu) you may freely create and manage your menus. The QR Code will continue to be unique and your customers will be able to choose and view which menu they need!

A lot of my clients are foreigners or tourists. Do you support multilingual menus?
Yes! For the moment, you can make your menus available in Portuguese, English, French and German.

If I don't have the menu in PDF format and I need to fill it out directly on the website, do I have to pay more for it?
There is no added cost in filling the menu directly on the platform. However, please note that the incorrect filling of the new menu is not our responsibility.

Is it better to fill the menu on the platform rather than uploading a pdf file?
Yes! By making use of our platform's potential, your menu will be presented on all devices (smartphones, tablets and computers), in the greatest visual comfort and adequacy without having to perform ZOOM/pinch-in. The text will always be shown in a visual interface in order to provide you with the best reading experience. Also, the speed of accessing your menu will be faster.

What's the difference between uploading a pdf file or creating the menu directly on the platform?
The use of PDF may require the user to pinch-in in order to read the pdf file properly. Additionally, the speed of accessing your menu will be slower.
When using the platform's menu creation and editing option, your menu will be displayed properly on all devices (mobile phones, tablets and computers). The text will always be shown in a visual interface that provides you with the best reading experience.

Which payment methods are available?
At the moment, we only accept payment by Credit/Debit cards.

Can I pay monthly?
No. This is an annual-only subscription paid when you create or renew your account.

In which formats are the QRCODE available?
The QRCODE can be downloaded from your account as a .pdf with two sizes: small and large. Also, an HTML EMBED code will be made available so you can include it easily on your website.
